4Wall Buys TLS Assets,Hires its Management,Opens Nashville Office

NASHVILLE — 4Wall Entertainment, which agreed to acquire the assets of Huntsville, AL-based TLS, Inc., is set to open 4Wall Nashville, its fifth regional center, by June 1.

Joining 4Wall Nashville are TLS owner David Milly (named 4Wall executive vice president) and TLS touring manager Scott DeVos (named 4Wall VP of concert touring).

4Wall also operates regional centers in or near New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Washington DC.

Since it was founded in 1981, TLS, Inc. had grown from its Huntsville, AL home base, opening locations in Nashville, TN and Jackson, MI.

“This move will allow us to provide our customers with access to 4Wall’s rental inventory, which contains the newest lighting products available,” said Milly. “In addition, I feel our customers will receive the same attention to detail we have always provided at TLS, Inc.”

Along with his position as 4Wall executive VP, Milly is a co-owner and shareholder of the new 4Wall Nashville operation.

“By combining 4Wall’s inventory with the experienced staff and established presence of TLS, Inc., I feel we can build upon the customer relationships they have created while at the same time forging new ones,” said 4Wall CEO Michael Cannon, noting the “great reputation throughout the industry” earned by David Milly and TLS, Inc.
